BREAKFAST AND LUNCH PROGRAM
Beaver School provides nutritional meals at the lowest prices currently possible. Our lunch program operates on a non- profit basis, so please keep all accounts current. Students who have need of financial help will have the opportunity to apply for free or reduced- priced breakfast and lunches at the link at the top of this page. A family must complete a new application every year. Anyone needing assistance in completing the application can contact Christi Sharp at (580-625-3444). Families may apply (or reapply) for free or reduced price meals at anytime during the school year.
Meals may be paid for by the day, month, semester, or year, but must be kept current. Beaver School has a NO charge meal policy. Any student who owes a breakfast/lunch bill over 10 days will not be allowed to charge meals. We ask the parents to send a sack lunch with your child until the account is taken care of. If you are unable to provide a sack lunch we will continue to serve your child a reimbursable meal for 10 days while working with the family to obtain payment. Breakfast/Lunch statement reminders will be sent home when the account is getting low. You can also log into the Sylogist Student Records Portal and check your child’s balance.
OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE EVERY CHILD A REIMBURSABLE MEAL WITH OUT PUTTING STRESS ON THE CHILD! WE ENCOURAGE ALL PARENTS TO KEEP YOUR CHILD’S ACCOUNT CURRENT.
